So, this week I started out on my own in the world of RMT. It's pretty fun. I've been working pretty long hours though. I worked from 7 am till 9 pm yesterday. I have to work tomorrow and posssibly saturday. I really like this job and the people I work with are great, the patients are friendly for the most part... about half of them are sedated or out of touch with reality... I had a long conversation with one guy about "(Insert town or state name here) is a long drive from here, isn't it." He just kept naming places, Missouri, Glen Ellyn, Florida, Portillo's... etc... then he would say... "That's quite a drive." I got to take him from Bloomingdale to Willowbrook and back. He is 65. He told me that he was going to his father's house this weekend... I asked how old his dad is, and he said "Hmm... I don't know, about 25." "Really, Robert, well how old are you?" "'bout 40" "Oh."
I hope I never get old.

So, I don't know if I said anything about my car before... well here it is... I ran through a 8 inch puddle a few weeks ago. My air intake sucked a bunch of water into the engine. The water filled the cylinders and broke the piston rods and some other stuff... so, I'm having a new engine put in today. It should be done by tomorrow. My old one has 145000 miles on it, the new one has 38000... that's pretty good.
I'm excited about it...
I have to go apply to COD soon... really soon...
I also have to go get my hair cut soon... perhaps now...
